RAD Group III


RAD Group III is a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and Project Based Voucher (PBV) development composed of 2 different developments: Charles T. McQueeney Towers and Winslow-Celentano. The development is currently under construction under the HUD Rental Assistance Program. The families who reside in the development are LIHTC and Housing Choice Voucher qualified. Under the HCV program families pay no more than 30% of their adjusted annual income for rent. 

The project is comprised of two high-rise buildings consisting of zero- and one-bedroom units. Community features include 24-hour maintenance, resident activities, security systems, food banks, and onsite management offices.
