Foluke Morris is a Commissioner at ECC/HANH and a current resident at McQueeney Towers. She has a background as a clinician, substance abuse researcher, and psychiatric aide. Ms. Morris also has an extensive history of doing missionary work abroad. She first moved to New Haven after attending school in Manhattan, NY in 1969 and has been a resident ever since.
Ms. Morris’ passion for the issues of homelessness, low-income populations, and mental health, along with her penchant for leadership, are what drew her to become part of the Board and to pursue other opportunities to represent marginalized populations.
