Yardi Rent Cafe is designed to help keep you informed about your voucher assistance status, rent payments and to update Elm City Communities (ECC) of any changes in your situation.
Account and Portal Access
Creating a New Account
Click the login link on the right-hand side of the portal. You will be asked for information based on the type of account you wish to create.
Creating a Yardi Rent Cafe account.
1) To create an account with Rent Cafe, you can: (Click this link)
2) Select your user type:
a) Landlord Login: For landlords, and property managers
b) Resident Login: For tenants of an assisted housing
program, or a market renter
b) Applicant Login: For prospective tenants
3) Click ‘Click here to ‘Register’— Landlords and residents will need a registration code to complete registration. Registration codes can be requested by contacting the Housing Authority.
