To help prevent the potential spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), Elm City Communities (ECC) offices have been closed to the public. However beginning on Monday, May 2, 2022, we are reopening our office to the public for walk ins and appointments. Information about in office procedures and appointment scheduling can be found below.

When you visit our office, you will notice some changes. Community and employee safety is very important to us, so we have implemented the following measures:
- Masks are required to enter the building and must be used at all times during your visit.
- Temperatures will be checked at the entrance of the building prior to entering the office. If you have a temperature of 100.4 F, your appointment will be rescheduled for another day.
- Hand sanitizer will be administered before entering at entrances and will also be available at the exits.
- Only one person is allowed to attend the visit unless you are being accompanied by a translator.

This is a website that gives renters the ability to pay directly from their computer, tablet, or smartphone device using their checking account, debit card, or credit card.
This portal is available only to Elm City Communities and 360 Management Group residents.
