COVID-19 Notice

To help prevent the potential spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), Elm City Communities (ECC) offices have been closed to the public however beginning on Monday, August 2, 2021, we are reopening our office to the public by appointment only until further notice. ECC/HANH is excited to continue to safely serve our residents and partners during business hours by in-person appointment or via phone and email.

When you visit our office, you will notice some changes. Community and employee safety is very important to us, so we have implemented the following measures: 

  • Masks are required to enter the building and must be used at all times during your visit. 
  • Temperatures will be checked at the entrance of the building prior to entering the office. If you have a temperature of 100.4 F, your appointment will be rescheduled for another day. 
  • Hand sanitizer will be administered before entering at entrances and will also be available at the exits.  
  • Only one person is allowed to attend the visit unless you are being accompanied by a translator. Due to spacing, children will not be permitted to attend.
