Elm City Communities (ECC) offers the option to pay rent online through Payment Vision Webportal.
This is a website that gives renters the ability to pay directly from their computer, tablet, or smartphone device using their checking account, debit card, or credit card.
This portal is available only to Elm City Communities and 360 Management Group residents.
