Every new year brings change, and 2025 has been no exception. As we navigate this season of transition and opportunity, I am continually reminded of the resilience and strength that define our community. While the broader landscape may feel uncertain at times—with shifting priorities and evolving policies—our commitment remains unwavering: to provide safe, affordable housing and to foster vibrant, thriving neighborhoods of choice. Together, we will continue to adapt, innovate, and advocate for the needs of our residents. Fostering a Connection with Our Communities and Neighbors Hearing directly from our residents and staff is a top priority for me. I have deeply appreciated the opportunity to connect with so many of you at our community Coffee Chats, where you’ve shared both successes and concerns about your neighborhoods. Your feedback has been invaluable, and we are committed to keeping you informed as we take steps to address the issues that matter most to you.
