Development Facts
Chatham is a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and Project Based Voucher (PBV) development. It is part of a multi-phase, scattered site, mixed use/mixed income rental residential and commercial space project funded by a HUD Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) project. The families who reside in the development are LIHTC and Housing Choice Voucher qualified. Under the HCV program families pay no more than 30% of their adjusted annual income for rent.
The project is comprised of four buildings with 32 townhouse and flat-style residential rental units. The development is made up of two, three, and four-bedroom units.
Community features include central air conditioning, cherry wood cabinets, gas stoves, separate living and dining rooms, and washer/dryer hook-up. Utilities for the Chatham location are included in the rent. The development also offers a community room with a community kitchen, 2 handicapped half-baths, pantry for resident use and onsite property management and resident services offices.
Other community features include 24-hour maintenance, resident activities, security system, designated parking lots, and an onsite management office.
The Chatham location includes a commercial space with a conference room, and basement.
