RAD Group I
RAD Group I is a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and Project Based Voucher (PBV) development composed of 4 different developments – Constance B. Motley, Newhall Gardens, Prescott Bush, and Katherine Harvey Terrace. The development consists of a total of 144 units and 49 parking spaces. Both the C.B. Motley and Prescott Bush locations come equipped with brand new solar power panels on the roof for lower energy costs. The development is an elderly/disabled development.
All developments in RAD Group I underwent modernization under the HUD Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) platform starting in 2018 and finalizing in 2019. The families who reside in the development are LIHTC and Housing Choice Voucher qualified. Under the HCV program families pay no more than 30% of their adjusted annual income for rent.
Community features include a designated laundry area in each of the four developments. Other amenities include 24-hour emergency maintenance, resident activities, food banks, security systems, designated parking lots, and onsite management offices.
