RAD Group II
RAD Group II is a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and Project Based Voucher (PBV) development composed of 3 different developments: Waverly Townhouses, Fulton Park and Stanley Justice. The 70-unit development underwent construction under the HUD Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) platform from 2019-2020. The families who reside in the development are LIHTC and Housing Choice Voucher qualified. Under the HCV program families pay no more than 30% of their adjusted annual income for rent.
RAD Group II is made up of two, three, and four-bedroom townhomes. Community features include 24-hour maintenance, resident activities, designated parking lots, and access to playgrounds.
