Waverly Townhouses is a Family development in the heart of New Haven, providing 52 homes for individuals and families with children. Some units are compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Uniform Federal Accessibilities Standards (UFAS). This neighborhood is a mix of townhouse, garden and walkup-style homes with 2 or 3 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, eat-in kitchen, patio, and front and back entrance. All utilities are included. RAD Group II
RAD Group II is a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and Project Based Voucher (PBV) development composed of 3 different developments: Waverly Townhouses, Fulton Park and Stanley Justice. The 70-unit development underwent construction under the HUD Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) platform from 2019-2020. The families who reside in the development are LIHTC and Housing Choice Voucher qualified. Under the HCV program families pay no more than 30% of their adjusted annual income for rent.
RAD Group II is made up of two, three, and four-bedroom townhomes. Community features include 24-hour maintenance, resident activities, designated parking lots, and access to playgrounds.
