Development Facts
Wilmont Crossing is a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and Project Based Voucher (PBV) development. The 47-unit development underwent construction under the HUD Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) platform from in 2013. On the building’s ground floor there is 9,800 square feet of commercial space and currently includes a walk-in medical clinic and a neighborhood convenience store.
The families who reside in the development are LIHTC and Housing Choice Voucher qualified. Under the HCV program families pay no more than 30% of their adjusted annual income for rent.
Community features include central air conditioning, community space, computer room, resident activities, designated resident parking area, on site management office.
