The Homefront – Winter 2024

President’s Welcome.

November marked my first month as your Interim President, and it has
been an eventful start! Exciting progress is happening at McConaughy
Terrace, where 250 affordable housing units and community spaces are
being developed. Our Community and Economic Development
Department has also been busy with impactful programs like the
Exploring Tech Program for ECC Teens.

While there’s been a lot of change, our mission to build communities of
choice and opportunity remains strong. We are committed to providing
quality housing and services to everyone, regardless of their income, age,
or disability status . This isn’t a one-person job—it’s a team effort.
Together, we’re building a culture of excellence throughout ECC.

A heartfelt thank you to our staff, partners, volunteers, and residents for
