Elmer Rivera Bello is the Executive Director of Casa Otoñal Housing Corporation, an agency that strengthens the Latino community and provides housing services for over 150 elderly families and grandparents with custody of their grandchildren. He also serves as the CEO/Principal Broker at Urbano Real Estate Group where he works in commercial real estate and property management.

As a Commissioner for the Whalley Avenue Special Services District and Elm City Communities/HANH, Mr. Rivera Bello supports local community non-profits that address issues surrounding housing and social-economic justice.
