William Kilpatrick

William Kilpatrick served the New Haven Parking Authority as a member of the Board of Commissioners, including Treasurer and Chairman of the Board, from 1987 to 1994. He was the Executive Director from 1994 until 2013. In this capacity, he served as the CEO overseeing the management of the Authority’s various garages, surface lots, and Union Station Transportation Center.

Prior to joining the Authority, Mr. Kilpatrick served as VP and Corporate Loan Office with CT National Bank for over 23 years. Today, he serves as the Vice Chair on the ECC/HANH Board of Commissioners, on the National Board of Directors of the National Parking Association, and many other notable boards and commissions.

Mr. Kilpatrick’s past professional and civic affiliations are: The Black Coalition, Heritage Hall Development Corporation, Taking Care of Business, United Negro College Fund, National Association of Urban Bankers, the Martin Luther King, Jr. Annual Birthday Celebration, The Freddie Fixer Parade Committee, The Great New Haven Business and Professional Association, Urban League of Greater New Haven, NAACP, the Boy Scouts of America and South Central Agency on Aging.
